THE POSITION

At Pluralit, we believe that building high-impact teams is essential to the success of our projects. We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Analyst / IT Recruiter (Junior Advanced or Semi-Senior level) with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our People team and take full ownership of the recruitment process for technical profiles across South America and Europe.


This person will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top tech talent for diverse and dynamic projects. From sourcing to offer stage, the Talent Acquisition Analyst will manage the entire recruitment cycle, always aligning with Pluralit's culture, values, and delivery needs. This is a role for someone who enjoys working in a team, thrives in fast-paced environments, and communicates fluently in English.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage end-to-end IT recruitment processes, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviews, coordination, and offer management.

  • Collaborate closely with business developers and sales managers to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles.

  • Source candidates proactively through LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and Boolean search techniques.

  • Conduct structured interviews in English to assess technical skills, motivation, and cultural fit.

  • Maintain clear and up-to-date records in our ATS and internal dashboards to ensure alignment and visibility across teams.

  • Represent Pluralit with professionalism and enthusiasm during all candidate interactions, acting as an ambassador of our culture.

  • Contribute ideas to improve recruiting processes and help scale the team’s capabilities as the company grows.

  • Be enthusiastic about trying new AI platforms and HR products to improve our processes.


TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in full-cycle IT recruitment or talent acquisition.

  • Strong sourcing skills using platforms such as LinkedIn Lite and Boolean search.

  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written — must be comfortable conducting interviews in English.

  • Experience with ATS platforms and CRM tools

  • Familiarity with a wide range of IT roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Cybersecurity Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Project Managers).

  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Being able to work in the CET time zone.

  • Speaking other languages such as German, Portuguese, or Italian is a plus.
