THE POSITION
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our CRM Team. The selected candidate will be part of a dynamic engineering group, collaborating closely with clients across industries such as retail, automotive, healthcare, and more to design, build, and implement innovative Salesforce solutions.
You will play a key role in enabling digital transformation, ensuring high-quality, scalable implementations that empower our clients to succeed in their journeys.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyse, gather, and prioritise client business requirements to deliver tailored Salesforce solutions.
Translate business needs into efficient and scalable technical designs.
Collaborate with Solution Architects, Developers, and Project Managers to ensure successful multi-cloud implementations.
Communicate clearly with clients and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Apply Salesforce best practices in development, configuration, and integration.
Deliver high-quality solutions that exceed client expectations in both functionality and service.
Provide training and create documentation to support client adoption of Salesforce platforms.
Share expertise and mentor team members to promote continuous growth and knowledge-sharing.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field.
Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce development experience.
Proficient in Salesforce development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations.
Familiarity with version control systems and CI/CD tools.
Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I certifications (required).
Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, or Platform Developer II).
Previous experience delivering Salesforce multi-cloud implementations.
Knowledge of best practices in testing and troubleshooting Salesforce solutions.
Strong client communication and stakeholder management experience.
