PRODUCT OWNER

THE POSITION

We are looking for a Product Owner to act as the key link between business, technology, and our clients. This role is responsible for defining the service or product vision, prioritising the roadmap, and ensuring successful project delivery, maximising value, quality, and timeliness.

This is a highly autonomous client-facing role, ideal for someone who combines strategic product thinking with a strong execution and delivery mindset.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define and clearly communicate the product vision and roadmap, aligned with client needs and business objectives.

• Gather, analyse, document, and prioritise functional and non-functional requirements, translating them into clear features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Own and continuously refine the product backlog, ensuring clarity for the engineering team and maximum value for the client, while negotiating scope and trade-offs with a win-win, value-driven mindset.

• Manage complex communications and negotiations related to product and project scope across clients, delivery teams, and senior stakeholders.

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers, internal delivery teams, and leadership through strong communication, reliability, and a consistent focus on mutually beneficial outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, data, business, and client stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution.

• Plan and oversee delivery activities end-to-end, ensuring progress within agreed scope, timelines, and budget.

• Facilitate and support Agile ceremonies (planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) to drive transparency and continuous improvement.

• Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and blockers, defining mitigation strategies as needed.

• Validate delivered outcomes against expectations, measuring product impact and success metrics, and ensuring quality and value realisation.

• Communicate delivery status, progress, and results clearly and consistently to both internal and external stakeholders.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, preferably in technology-driven environments.

• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and practical understanding of product delivery processes.

• Strong ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, including developers, data engineers, and ML engineers.

• Experience working directly with clients, managing expectations, and building trusted relationships.

• Excellent communication, organisational, and prioritisation skills.

• Adaptable and able to respond to change while thinking strategically and laterally.

• Advanced English proficiency for international client interactions.

• Willingness to live in or relocate to Córdoba, Argentina, to work on-site 3 days a week at our AI Centre of Excellence.

  
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Software, Data, AI, Machine Learning, or Automation projects.

• Background in a technology services organisation providing software, data, AI or automation services to multiple clients.

• Relevant certifications (PSPO, PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Product Owner).

• Data-driven mindset and strong business orientation.
