PMO LEAD

THE POSITION

As part of Pluralit's growth, we are seeking to recruit an experienced and highly motivated PMO Lead to create and implement a Project Management Office system in a company within the cybersecurity business. The ideal person will have prior experience in overcoming the challenges of implementing PMO processes and procedures.

In this role, you will join an international and dynamic team working to develop complex engineering and security measures. You will be crucial in developing project management processes and tools to ensure successful project delivery, process standardization and team collaboration across the project portfolio.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implement project management office processes and procedures suitable for an organization delivering complex engineering and infrastructure projects.

• Implement project management tools, PMO systems and methodologies that will drive project success.

• Work closely with corporate and project leaders to ensure the successful planning and execution of projects within agreed timelines and budgets.

• Adopt the best practices from group organizations and implement these in a start-up environment.

• Evaluate existing project management processes and gain agreement to make changes to improve efficiency and standardization across the company.

• Support the leadership team to identify, document, and mitigate project risks and issues.

• Create a reporting system that highlights the performance of the project, tracks the status, and produces data to support decision-making.

• Promote collaboration across various projects, locations, and remote working teams.

  
  

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of experience in a PMO Leadership position or other related management roles.

• Previous experience in IT and cybersecurity related fields.

• Previous Project Management experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, System Engineering, or related fields.

• Expert in project management methodologies and a wide range of reporting and management tools.

• Certifications in Project Management, such as PMP/PRINCE2 are a huge advantage.

• Fluency in English is mandatory. Dutch and/or French fluency is a plus.

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) is a plus.
