THE POSITION
We are looking for a Senior PMO Specialist with expertise in IT Carve-out / M&A projects to oversee governance, tracking, and alignment for a major corporate separation.
You will be responsible for defining project governance, managing risks and dependencies, monitoring timelines, and driving the successful execution of separation phases (TSA/TDSA) between global, regional, and business stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establish and maintain the project governance model (meeting cadences, status forums, and C-level executive reporting).
Consolidate overall program status, tracking project schedules, key milestones, interdependencies, and critical risks.
Coordinate IT initiatives across multiple streams, including infrastructure, core applications, data, and security.
Monitor and track TSA/TDSA (Transition Services Agreement) exit activities to ensure timely separation compliance.
Serve as the main interface between global/regional teams, third-party vendors, and internal business units (Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, etc.).
Facilitate blocker resolution, manage project deviations, and escalate critical issues to executive leadership.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: Proven experience as a PMO leading complex IT transformation, carve-out, M&A, or corporate separation initiatives. Portuguese: Fluent / Native (must-have for daily interaction with LATAM/Brazil stakeholders).
English: Advanced / Fluent (must-have for executive global reporting).
Technical Competencies:
Deep understanding of PMO methodologies (PMI, Agile, Hybrid).
Risk management, IT governance, KPI tracking, and executive communication.
Broad familiarity with IT environments (infrastructure, applications, data, and security).
Nice to Have
Hands-on experience with TSA/TDSA exit strategies and M&A IT separations.
Background in major ERP implementation/migration projects (e.g., SAP to Microsoft Dynamics 365).
Prior experience working in multinational corporate environments or top-tier consulting firms.
