THE POSITION
We are looking for a hands-on Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Consultant, with strong expertise in Omada, to join an international cybersecurity team supporting clients across Europe.
This role is primarily focused on the technical design and implementation of Omada IGA solutions, helping organisations strengthen identity lifecycle management, access governance, and compliance through scalable and secure platforms.
You will play a key role in delivering end-to-end IGA projects, working closely with architects and security teams in complex customer environments across multiple industries.
The position can be filled remote from within the EU OR relocation to Belgium or Spain.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design, implement, and configure Omada Identity solutions in enterprise environments.
Take ownership of technical delivery across the full project lifecycle: setup, customisation, integration, testing, and go-live.
Build and maintain identity lifecycle processes (Joiner/Mover/Leaver), access request workflows, approvals, and access recertifications.
Integrate Omada with directories and enterprise systems including Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), LDAP, HR systems, databases, and cloud services.
Develop connectors, custom workflows, policies, and automation tailored to client requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in IGA environments and provide support to production systems.
Collaborate with architects and functional consultants to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Contribute to documentation, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives within IGA projects.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience as an IGA / IAM Engineer or Technical Consultant in cybersecurity projects.
Strong hands-on experience with Omada Identity implementations (mandatory).
Solid understanding of identity governance concepts: roles, entitlements, SoD, access reviews, lifecycle management.
Experience integrating IAM solutions with AD, Entra ID, LDAP, HR systems, APIs, and databases.
Good scripting or configuration skills (e.g., PowerShell, Groovy, XML/JSON, REST APIs).
Comfortable working in complex, client-facing environments and delivering end-to-end technical solutions.
Fluent English (spoken and written).
Proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.
