THE POSITION
We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst with strong integration experience to support a global finance systems integration initiative. This role will be key in mapping current system landscapes and designing the future-state integration with a planning tool (EasyJob) across multiple countries.
This is a hands-on role requiring both business understanding and technical knowledge of system integrations.
Duration: 3–4 months

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyse and document the current-state (AS-IS) integration landscape across multiple finance systems.
Map data flows, system interactions, and dependencies between platforms.
Design the target-state (TO-BE) integration architecture with the EasyJob planning tool.
Collaborate with:
Internal stakeholders (finance teams across multiple countries).
External vendors (EasyJob technical team, developers such as Protonic).
Validate the feasibility of proposed solutions from both business and technical perspectives.
Produce clear documentation, including:
Integration diagrams
Data mapping specifications
Functional and technical requirements
Support alignment and communication between business and technical teams
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or Integration Analyst.
Proven experience working on systems integration projects.
Strong understanding of:
APIs (REST/SOAP).
Data flows and system interactions.
Integration patterns and middleware concepts.
Experience documenting:
AS-IS / TO-BE architectures.
Data mapping and integration specifications.
Ability to interact effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Experience working with multiple systems and/or multi-country environments.
Nice to Have
Experience with finance systems / ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
Exposure to planning tools or project-based financial systems
Background in consulting or complex transformation projects
Familiarity with tools such as Postman, Swagger, Lucidchart, Visio, or Miro
