THE POSITION
We are seeking a highly skilled AWS Architect. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in AWS technologies, with a focus on developing REST APIs using API Gateway and Lambda in Python. Additionally, the candidate should possess a strong understanding of AWS deployment architectures, including experience in developing and deploying multi-region solutions, building Jenkins pipelines, and writing DevOps code.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure AWS-based solutions.
Develop REST APIs using API Gateway and Lambda functions, primarily in Python.
Implement and optimize AWS deployment architectures for reliability, scalability, and performance.
Develop and deploy multi-region solutions, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AWS services and deployments.
Stay updated with the latest AWS technologies and best practices.
Build Jenkins pipelines and write DevOps code.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
At least 10 years of relevant IT experience.
+5 years of relevant experience designing, executing and supporting Cloud Solutions, with a focus on AWS technologies.
Strong understanding of AWS deployment architectures, including VPC, EC2, Route53, S3, RDS, etc.
Experience with developing and deploying multi-region solutions for high availability and fault tolerance.
Experience in Jenkins, CloudFormation templates, devops, AWS SAM.
Fluent in English - written and spoken (mandatory).
Experience in authentication technologies like auth0, Cognito would be a plus
AWS Certifications are a plus.
