AI ENABLEMENT SPECIALIST

THE POSITION

We are looking for an AI Enablement Specialist to support the execution of enterprise AI initiatives within a large international organisation.

In this role, you will work closely with the AI Transformation Lead to execute AI projects from planning through rollout and adoption. You will be responsible for coordinating workstreams, documenting processes, supporting testing activities, gathering user feedback, and helping business teams successfully adopt AI-powered solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• AI Roadmap Execution:

  • Execute assigned workstreams within the AI transformation roadmap.

  • Track project progress, milestones, blockers, risks, and dependencies.

  • Maintain project documentation, Jira and Monday trackers, and status reports.

  • Support the delivery of AI initiatives from intake through rollout and adoption.

    
    

• AI Development & Testing Support:

  • Support intake and documentation of new AI development requests.

  • Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), workflow validation, and feedback collection.

  • Document bugs, enhancement requests, user pain points, and adoption barriers.

  • Coordinate activities across Product, Engineering, Data, and business teams.

• AI Enablement & Adoption:

  • Support the rollout of AI tools, workflows, and internal training initiatives.

  • Help business users effectively adopt approved AI solutions.

  • Gather and summarise user feedback, adoption trends, and improvement opportunities.

  • Promote AI literacy and responsible AI usage across the organisation.

• Process Improvement & Reporting:

  • Identify operational processes suitable for AI or automation.

  • Maintain SOPs, workflow documentation, and process maps.

  • Prepare dashboards, project trackers, adoption metrics, and status reports.

  • Ensure documentation remains organised, accurate, and up to date.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in AI development, AI operations, project coordination, business analysis, product support, automation, or digital transformation.

• Experience working across the full software development lifecycle, including staging and production environments.

• Experience supporting cross-functional projects involving business and technical teams.

• Experience documenting requirements, workflows, testing results, and project status.

• Experience supporting user testing, feedback collection, and AI solution adoption.

• Experience working with remote or globally distributed teams.

• Experience within media, advertising, marketing operations, or client-service environments is considered a plus.

Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience with AI development tools such as Claude Code, Claude Cowork, ChatGPT Agents, Codex, Cursor, and AWS AI services.

• Familiarity with AI platforms, workflow automation tools, and data-driven operational processes.
