During my free time, I enjoy handicrafts, as they aid in boosting my creativity. In addition, I try to keep fit by engaging in various sports and spending quality time with my friends and family.
Nature is my constant source of inspiration, whether I am exploring the mountains or the sea. I find great joy in breathing in fresh air and discovering the new flora and fauna of the environment. This liberates me and fills me with happiness.
I am characterized by my friendly and flexible attitude, dedication, and open-mindedness. I always endeavour to learn from my colleagues and lend a helping hand to those in need.
A bit about my professional experience and goals
I'm a psychologist and human resources professional with more than 5 years of experience in the recruitment and people care domain. Specializing in the IT industry, I've worked with national and multinational companies. I'm proficient in carrying out the complete recruitment process, competency-based interviews, team coordination, leading relocations, benefits, compensation, and managing client requirements.
My ability to take a step back and see the bigger picture enhances the decision-making process. I'm continuously working on optimizing processes and maintaining high standards to ensure a high level of satisfaction for both clients and candidates.

It provided me with the excellent opportunity of being a digital nomad and leading a new team on the verge of exponential growth. Travelling around the world!
My partner and I moved to Italy in early 2022, I travelled to numerous other countries with my family over the past year. Regardless of where I lived or the time zone, we managed to work together efficiently without any obstacles.
My experience at the company has been exceptional, making my relocation experience more comfortable and welcoming. The team was supportive and understanding whenever I required extra time to complete my paperwork.
Pluralit's flexibility enabled our dream of moving to Europe to come true, and I am excited to see what new adventures are waiting for me in the coming months. I have had incredible experiences and enormous changes in just a year. I was invited to attend celebrations and meetings in Belgium and Argentina, where I had the opportunity to meet the team living there, and it felt like I had known them for a long time.
