As a UX/UI Designer you will be directly working with the company’s clients, and your contribution will be key in strategic projects of high visibility. You should enjoy teamwork with other designers, communicate clearly and effectively, and be passionate about resolving user pain points through outstanding design.


  • Analyze and understand the business needs and vision to translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, layouts, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.

  • Design and deliver static banners, wireframes, user journeys, and optimized mockups for a wide range of devices and interfaces.

  • Conduct testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability problems, and accessibility.

  • Capable of systemic thinking and making strategic design and user experience decisions related to the core, as well as new features and functionalities.

  • Stay up-to-date with trends and advances in UX design and technology.

  • Work in sync with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to solve problems.

  • Ensure your designs meet company standards within the styles and guidelines.

  • Have the ability to take feedback from project managers and product owners and use it to improve yourself and your UX/UI concepts.


  • Studies related to design.

  • At least 3 years of experience in UX/UI design, or in a similar role.

  • Experience in user experience design, UX research, and interface design.

  • Experience in designing advertising materials (banners).

  • Proficiency in UX software such as Figma, XD, and the Microsoft Office suite.

  • Extensive experience in using UX best practices to design solutions, with an understanding of mobile and responsive design.

  • Proficiency in work methodologies (Design thinking, agile methodologies, Lean, atomic design, storytelling, UX writing, innovation processes).

  • Proficiency in software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Artificial Intelligence tools (Adobe Firefly, DALLE, Midjourney, ChatGPT).

  • Advanced level of English (mandatory).

  • Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change.
