THE POSITION
As an Oracle DBA you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, performance, and security of our data infrastructure. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient data solutions for a specific project, optimize data pipelines, and implement best practices for data management and transformation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Installation, configuration, administration, upgrade and tuning of Oracle DB instances.
Perform routine database maintenance tasks, such as backups, patching, and upgrades.
Technical problems troubleshooting.
Performance & Workload Analysis.
Platform migrations.
Optimize SQL queries and DBT models for efficiency and speed.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
At least 8 years of experience operating as a Oracle DBA consultant, or similar role.
Knowledge of Office products.
Knowledge of the different Operating Systems (Windows, Linux and UNIX).
Knowledge of several Oracle products (RAC, Golden Gate, Data Guard, Web Logic Server, ODI, SOA).
Knowledge of Oracle engineered solutions (ODA and Exadata).
Advanced level of oral and written English (mandatory).
