THE POSITION:

As a System Engineer within the Windows team, you will play a key role in defining architectures, managing system criteria, and ensuring the seamless operation of processing systems. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse tasks, from resolving software issues to overseeing the delivery of new system integration projects.

You will be supporting business needs with an ecosystem of managed services and on-premise solutions.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Take charge of project areas within Microsoft;

  • Take care of the operational management of Microsoft environments;

  • Install and update processing systems.

  • Identify and resolve any software issues.

  • Manage the delivery of new system integration projects.

  • Oversee assurance flows for already implemented systems.


TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, System Engineering or related field.

  • Solid experience with Windows operating systems

  • Knowledge of Windows Server products - (from 2008 to 2019), Active Directory, Exchange Server - (from 2015), System Center (SCCM, OP manager), Microsoft 365 (also in a hybrid environment), Microsoft Azure (IAAS, Network), VDI Microsoft, Citrix, Libraesva; Experience on Microsoft architectures and systems, Microsoft Cloud Security;

  • Good written and spoken Italian skills (mandatory).

  • Good written and spoken English skills (desirable).


The next certifications are a plus:

  • Microsoft 365 Certified - Enterprise Administrator Expert;

  • Microsoft 365 Certified - Security Administrator Associate;

  • Microsoft Certified - Identity and Access Administrator Associate; Microsoft Certified - Azure Administrator Associate.
