THE POSITION
As a Dynatrace Application Performance Monitor, you will join a cloud division, specializing in managed service and cloud solutions for businesses.
As part of this role, you will primarily focus on the management of Dynatrace APM instances, encompassing their installation, configuration, administration, upgrades, and fine-tuning to ensure optimal performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Install, configure, administer, upgrade, and tune Dynatrace APM instances.
Define and configure diverse monitors and associated Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Interface with various ticketing/ITSM systems for seamless integration.
Troubleshoot technical problems efficiently and effectively.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Familiarity with different Operating Systems (Windows, Linux, and UNIX).
Knowledge of Dynatrace APM products.
Availability for on-call work.
