THE POSITION:

As a CyberArk Engineer, you will work as the Subject Matter Expert for access provisioning, governance, privileged access, and administrative needs across the organization. This role will be responsible for executing IAM strategy and implementing best practices and solutions, ensuring compliance with relevant policies, and meeting the guidance of the Head of Identity and Access Management and IT leadership.


Ensure that business partners, contractors, and employees have access to the right systems at the right times for the right reasons. We embrace and accept individual experiences and backgrounds to achieve a diverse and inclusive workplace.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the migration of the current IAM platform to a new CyberArk platform, alongside day-to-day operations to ensure end-users have secure, comprehensive, and cost-effective access.

  • Contribute to development, production support, and upgrade activities on the CyberArk platform, providing high-quality technical support to ensure timely and appropriate responses and resolutions to tickets logged.

  • Interpretation and analysis of corporate security standards and baselines.

  • Create security reports used for troubleshooting and problem resolution.

  • Design and configure access policies in the CyberArk platform.

  • Configure the platform to support Identity Management features.

  • Develop, customize, and configure connectors.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a production system.

  • Integrating various platforms with CyberArk, such as different LDAP providers, Windows Servers, UNIX Servers, Databases and networking Devices.

  • Responsible for Privileged User account administration of various Windows and UNIX accounts using CyberArk components.

  • Creating and Managing Safes, Platforms and Owners


TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Maths/Physics is a must.

  • Hands-on experience with CyberArk or other IAM vendors such as Oracle, Azure Active Directory, and SailPoint.

  • Experience with CyberArk Identity Stack.

  • Experience with Windows/ UNIX platforms in large heterogeneous environments.

  • Knowledge of LDAP (server and client), NIS, NIS+, PAM.

  • Experience in Windows programming (.Net, VB Scripting, PowerShell, Administrative scripting) a plus;.

  • Prior Citrix experience is highly desired.

  • CyberArk Platform certification preferred.

  • Fluent in English - written and spoken (mandatory).
